What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 200pcs for in-stock pet care items. Custom private label orders have a separate MOQ. We do accept small trial orders for new partners.
How long is your production lead time?
In-stock items ship within 3–7 working days. Private label / custom orders take 20–35 working days after deposit and artwork confirmation.
Can we do private label / custom packaging?
Yes. We support custom logo, custom packaging design and formula adjustment. Custom orders require extra cost and longer lead time.
Can I get samples before a bulk order?
Sample orders are available. Sample fee and shipping cost are required. Sample cost can be refunded once you place a bulk order.
Which are your best-selling products?
Our top-selling lines include grooming care, paw protection and pet cleaning supplies. We can send you our latest wholesale catalog with full bestseller details upon request.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Unit price decreases as order quantity increases. Contact us to receive a tiered wholesale price list.
Quality & Delivery
How do you control product quality?
We run raw material checks, in-process inspection and final random quality check before shipment. Third-party inspection is available upon request, and we can provide test reports.
What certifications do you have for the EU market?
Our products hold CE certification, use eco-friendly packaging materials and comply with EU PPWR regulations. We can assist you with all test documents required for import into Europe.
What shipping options do you offer ?
We offer various kinds of shippment for you choose,by sea,by air and DDP door-to-door delivery to EU countries. We can help prepare import documentation.
What is your payment term for wholesale orders?
For new clients: 30% deposit, balance before shipment. Long-term partners can apply for better payment terms after cooperation review.
Do you have a retailer in my country?
We currently work with wholesale distributors across Europe. We do not operate physical retail stores locally, but we can ship bulk orders directly to your warehouse.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Lead time depends on your shipping method. Sea freight normally takes 30–55 working days, while air freight takes 10–25 working days. Times are for reference only.
